Semi-Private Daily or Sunset Cruise – Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the cruise start time for a full refund minus the transaction fees.
- To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time are not refundable.
- Any changes requested less than 24 hours before the experience start time may not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
- This cruise is weather-dependent. If the experience must be canceled due to a departure ban imposed by the port authority, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Private Daily or Sunset Cruise – Cancellation Policy
- From the time of booking up to 30 days before the cruise date: 100% refund minus the transaction fees.
- From 29 to 8 days before the cruise date: 50% refund
- 7 days before the cruise date or less: no refund

for refund under any circumstance.
Weekly Charter – Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before embarkation:
- A cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total charter fee will apply minus the transaction fees.
Less than 30 days before embarkation:
- A cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total charter fee will apply.
Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
